However, due to the nature of our services — including but not limited to SEO, social media marketing, ad campaign management, influencer collaborations, and video production — the following refund terms apply:
1. No Refund Once Service is Initiated
Once the project is initiated, strategy shared, or any part of the service is delivered (such as campaign setup, content creation, or ad execution), no refund will be issued. This is because time, effort, and resources are already invested from our end.
2. Eligibility for Refund (Before Service Starts)
Clients are eligible for a full refund only if:
- The service has not been initiated.
- No creative or strategy work has begun.
- The refund is requested within 48 hours of the payment.
3. Non-Delivery of Service
In rare cases where Rank Brain Marketing fails to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons, clients may request a refund. Each case will be reviewed individually, and decisions will be made at the discretion of the management.
4. Dissatisfaction or Performance Issues
If you’re unhappy with the performance of a campaign, we encourage you to speak with our team. We do not offer refunds in such cases but will take corrective actions, make optimizations, and ensure value delivery as per project scope.
5. Mode of Refund
- All refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
- Any transactional charges incurred during the payment or refund will be borne by the client.
